eight-step design and development process.

1. ASCERTAIN YOUR VISION
We will send you a questionnaire via email, to ascertain your vision and budget for the website.

2. DEVELOP YOUR PROPOSAL
We will provide you with a proposal incorporating your specific requirements.

3. EXPLORE YOUR VISION
We offer a free initial consultation to further explore your vision.

4. SUBMIT DESIGN PLAN AND QUOTE
Upon your approval of our proposal we will submit a website design plan, timetable and quote.

5. SIGN COMMENCEMENT AGREEMENT AND PAY DEPOSIT
Before we commence work on your website, we request that you sign our Standard Commencement Agreement and Website Authorization Form and pay a 50% commencement deposit.

6. REGISTER YOUR DOMAIN NAME
We will advise you of the most appropriate and least expensive domain registrar.
Depending on your technical requirements, we may be able to provide a FREE hosting service, offering 1 GB of storage for your website.
We can also assist you with your registration process.

7. DEVELOP YOUR WEBSITE
We will build your website and upload it to our server, where you can make editing suggestions as it evolves. Upon completion, you will be required to sign a final Approval of Website Completion form and make the second 50% payment.

8. LAUNCH YOUR WEBSITE
Upon approval and final payment, the website will be uploaded for public viewing, and a copy of your site will be given to you on CD.

NOTE: For those who wish to maintain and update their website themselves, we offer editing software and training.
